Support

Connect with a known state.

Need direct help? Email [email protected]. Include app version/build, iOS version, endpoint implementation/version, and the exact error text. Never send credentials.

Requirements

First connection

  1. Connect the endpoint and Apple device to the same trusted network.
  2. Open More › Processors › Add processor.
  3. Enter a friendly name, local IP/host and TCP port.
  4. Allow Local Network access when iOS asks.
  5. Wait for identity, capabilities and the first complete snapshot.
  6. Review the state, then tap the lock in the operator bar to enable writes.

Connection troubleshooting

Controls are intentionally missing

The app hides a feature when the endpoint does not declare its capability. A control that appears in full Demo Mode may be absent on a limited endpoint. This is expected and prevents an unavailable function from looking operational.

Demo and reference endpoint

Use Try full demo for an offline workflow. Developers and integrators can implement the documented Generic Link contract or run the Generic Reference Processor supplied with the project.

Operational safety

Test writes on a non-production display first. EDID, output format, blackout, test patterns, preset overwrite/clear and other disruptive actions require deliberate confirmation. Writes are never retried automatically.
